From Caracas, the simplest way to reach the lodge is to request us to collectyou at the airport by taxi. (3 hours travel time, $US 75 for up to 2 persons). This is an advantage because this gives you peace of mind and the opportunity to get your holiday off to a relaxing start on the beach.

Alternatively, numerous buses travel between Caracas and Maracay. From the Airport you must first reach the bus station 'la Bandera' from where you can take a bus to Maracay. Once in Maracay you need to go to the main bus station and catch a bus destined for Ocumare, El Playon. From Maracay the bus travels a spectacular route over a jungle covered mountain before descending to the coast. In Ocumare the bus stops at the Plaza and from here you can walk to the Lodge following the directions on the map. Alternatively call us and we will be happy to come and collect you.
