A great way to discover the areas surrounding the lodge is by mountain bike. Several beaches can be reached this way and there are plenty of beautiful spots to be explored in the local countryside.

For the adventurous we can transport you and the bike by road to 1100 meters above sea level in the national park, from there you embark upon the 32 kilometers downhill ride through the various bands of the tropical cloud forest.

The ride gives you the opportunity to stop at any of the waterfalls and pools by the road for a swim and to experience the magic of the cloud forest and its abundant wildlife.

On route you will pass trough 'la Trilla' a quaint settlement of native local people that reside within the park. Here it is possible to buy drinks, fruit and local snacks whilst enjoying a dip in the nearby river pools and waterfalls.
