Located right on the waterfront and unaccessable by land, the lodge is
a great place to get away from it all and relax swinging in a hammock under the shade of the mangrove trees . Lunch generally consists of the days' catch and is served on the waters edge and eaten while contemplating the amazing views of the surrounding Henri Pittier mountains and the turquoise blue waters of the lagoon.

A dingy and kayaks and are available for your use and are a great to explore the surrounding mangroves and the wildlife they contain.

Just a small distance from the lodge there are some unique Venezuela diving sites where the accented coastline hides underwater grottos and canyons to explore. Nearby you can also dive two locally renown wrecks, the 'Carmen Fabiana', an impessive 10,000 ton freighter lying at 30 meters and the 'Gran Roque' a typical tug boat lying at 18 meters. If you dont want to go too far, you can also take a shore dive straight from our shore to explore the abundant coral and marine life on our doorstep or take the dingy to many other diving sites found close by.

We work with PADI, SSI and NAUI qualified instructors that offer scuba diving courses and discovery dives.
